Bill Marvin
WHM Associates LLC services include business consulting, management consulting, strategic planning, executive coaching, and change management and is led by William H. Marvin.
Bill’s expertise focuses on project management, technology insertion and operational implementation, financial management, strategic communications, business strategy development, proposal and capture management, training, and marketing.
During his 28-year, active duty army career, Bill commanded combat and combat support units through separate brigades. He boasts deep experience in intelligence and security, ISR operational planning, budget and fiscal management, and public affairs operations. He also maintained extensive direct responsibility for unit operational planning, execution, and agency interface during repetitive command and staff tours, culminating in a position as Chief of Staff at Major Army Command level with expert skills in interagency environments.
Following his active duty career, Bill completed a 15-year private sector experience at both project manager and profit and loss (P&L) levels, where he was responsible for planning, developing, and conducting business development strategy for U.S. federal, defense, and commercial organizations as well as international (NATO and Republic of Korea, both commercial and defense) clients. His deep experience in change management includes a focus on stand-up of new organizations as well as turn-around of troubled organizations.
Bill uses his depth of experience to help others manage time and decisions while leveraging the experience to further insight into people, organizations, and processes. He has successfully assisted international clients to enter specific U.S. market spaces and industries over the past 8 years.
